This modern building just off the N1, valued at over R116 million, is a 28 000sqm office park with
15 000sqm of office space split over 3 buildings with 2 floors each.

A common boardroom is positioned at roof level with access to a roof garden for entertainment functions. Separating each block, is a reflection pond with waterfalls joining each of the levels. The project took 13 months to complete and was opened at the end of 2008.
