GREEN PARK IS SOARING INTO THE SKIES

Green Park is a 170 000sqm development in Morningside within walking distance from Sandton Central and the new Gautrain Station. It comprises of a 24 storey office tower, Virgin Active gym, pavement retail centre, public quare, 250 apartments, 5-star hotel and conference centre.

Phase 1 is due for completion at the end of 2010, while phase 2 and 3 in 2013 and 2015 respectively. The pictures above are of the office tower (Phase 1) which forms the tallest building in the development.
